This past Thursday I went to the writing center at study hall. My writing fellow was Emma Scott, a senior. Before I went to the writing center I was really nervous. I was scared that I wouldn't like my writing fellow.
The first thing we worked on was my introduction. She helped me add a couple of sentences and gave me ideas for more. Then we moved on to going into more detail about each quote. The final thing we fixed was my conclusion. She noticed that I had restated a lot, and told me how I could change it. Overall my experience at the writing center was amazing.

ReplyDeleteI was also really worried before i went to the writing center thinking the exact same thing. I had some similar issues with repeating myself and rambling.
